Albanian speaking Customer Adviser (m/f)

All cities in B&H

General Purpose of the Job

Provide excellent customer support; answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information; ensure that customers receive prompt and courteous service.

Required qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Routine handling of common PC and Internet applications;
A positive and empathic approach to dealing with a variety of customer requests;
Flexibility, team spirit, and quality awareness
Fluency in Albanian and English language (C1 level and above)
