Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-oriented and visionary Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to drive our technical strategy, ensuring excellence in service delivery, team development, customer satisfaction, and the seamless integration of future acquisitions.
As CTO, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, innovative solutions that meet client expectations and foster a high-performance team environment. You will also be responsible for the integration of newly acquired companies, ensuring that our technical and cultural standards are upheld as we expand. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can leverage our partnerships and foster continuous innovation, maintaining our position at the cutting edge of technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and Drive Technical Vision and Delivery Excellence: Develop and execute a strategic technical roadmap that positions us as a leader in Digital Transformation, focusing on delivering high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction and Solution Quality: Maintain high standards in solution delivery, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
- Actively Participate in Solution Development: Engage directly in solution development for key clients, overseeing the entire software development lifecycle to ensure high performance in cloud technologies and security standards.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development: Work closely with sales and business development teams to align technical and business objectives, effectively responding to market demands and maximizing client satisfaction.
- Develop and Mentor the Technical Team: Manage and mentor the technical team, focusing on their professional development, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
- Integrate New Acquisitions: Lead the seamless integration of newly acquired companies, aligning their technology stacks and teams with our standards and strategic goals.
- Manage Technical Partnerships: Strengthen relationships with hyperscalers and platform providers to enhance our service offerings and technical capabilities.
- Drive Innovation: Lead AI and machine learning initiatives, ensuring our solutions are at the forefront of technological advancements and deliver measurable client value.
- Optimize Cloud and Security Architecture: Oversee the establishment of a robust, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure that meets industry standards and client requirements.
Key Qualifications:
- Extensive Experience: A minimum of 10 years in the IT industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role as CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar, ideally with expertise in AI, Cloud, and Cybersecurity.
- Leadership in Delivery, Quality, and Integration: Proven track record in managing high-quality technical delivery and successfully integrating new companies to ensure alignment with corporate standards and strategy.
- Strategic Vision and Partnership Development: Strong ability to build and maintain technical partnerships, particularly with hyperscalers and platform providers, to drive innovation and service quality.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of AI-driven solutions, cloud architecture, and cybersecurity, with experience in developing transformative strategies.
- Communication and Integration Skills: Excellent communication skills to align internal teams, new acquisitions, clients, and partners on technical vision and goals.
