Legal Counsel (m/f)

- Draft, review and negotiate a variety of agreements and documents, including contracts related to technology, including privacy and data protection, vendor contracts, varied service agreements, retail and office leases, SOWs, confidentiality agreements, and related legal documents.- Actively monitor changes in legal regulations and adjust the legal documents and procedures- Contribute with analysis, identification, and communication of key legal and regulatory issues that could promote or pose risk to the Company’s overall business initiatives- Give accurate and timely counsel to management and other teams in a variety of legal topics (data privacy, labor law, partnership relations, intellectual property etc.)- Monitor legal regulations and changes related to the protection of user data and take the necessary actions to ensure that the practice complies with the regulations- Provide guidelines and support for the protection of copyright and intellectual property rights in accordance with legal regulations and the objectives of the company- Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance- Coordinate and supervise the work of outside legal counsels in both Croatia and US- Anticipate legal risks and develop pragmatic mitigation strategies- Continuously seek ways to improve the forms, processes and systems involved
