Subject: Market survey - Analysis of awareness and needs related to investing by homeowners in energy efficiency measures. 

Within the project “Community Action for Energy transition – Output 3, Collection, processing and use of energy-related data”, there is a need to engage a Consulting company with experience in market research.

Tasks of the Consulting company is to prepares specificoutputs:

1. Survey methodology and research target demographicsdefinition, revision and finalization of survey questions for the target group;
2. Conducting of survey;
3. Preparation of reportwith data from conducted survey.

Interested companies should provide the following:

1. Legal entity registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina;
2. Self-declaration of eligibility on request;
3. Declaration of integrity signed and stamped by company;
4. In case of tenderer consortium a declaration by candidate;
5. Average annual turnover evidence net for the last threefinancial years (bilans stanja i bilans uspjeha): minimum amount of 56.100,80EUR or 109.723,63 BAM net on average for the last 3 financial years (required);
6. Number of employees (5 min. required);
7. Two reference projects developing and conducting surveys andprocessing data;
8. Two reference projects in BiH in last 3 years;
9. Provide evidence on reference projects with a minimumcommission value of 15.000,00 EUR or 29.337,45 BAM.     

The selected companies will be contacted and invited toparticipate in the procedure after the evaluation of received letters ofinterest.
